Le Clown is a French Neo-Bistro Residency by John and Madeline Denison

Chefs John and Madeline met while living and working together in Paris, France. After moving back to Portland at the start of the pandemic and working in various restaurants the couple decided that they wanted to work on a project in their free time that celebrated their love of French food. Thus Le Clown was born.

After one amazing year John and Maddie are hosting one final NYE celebration with their friends at Toya Ramen before embarking on a new dream of opening up a bed and breakfast in France in 2025.
